Shipping

Soft Signal ships from the United States. Most orders leave within a few business days. Transit time depends on destination, carrier, and season. The estimate at checkout is the best current figure.

Orders may arrive in more than one package. Tracking goes out when available. Carrier delays, weather, address errors, and customs can add time. You’re responsible for a deliverable address and any international duties.

Returns & exchanges

Please use the size guide before you buy. Soft Signal does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection, unless required by law.

We do fix defects, shipping damage, or a wrong item. Email hello@softsignal.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos. Wait for instructions before sending anything back.

If we confirm the issue, Soft Signal will arrange a replacement or other remedy. Where law gives you greater rights, those rights still apply.
